We are a strong team of experienced professionals in the industry of Architecture, Planning and Design. We have collectively secured more than 500 planning permissions throughout England, Wales and Scotland, and have worked with almost all local authorities to gain permissions.
We do things differently at P&S – We work as a partnership with our colleagues and make sure everyone has an equal involvement in our projects. We assist each other to make sure our clients get the best advice and ideas from everyone. At the end of the day, architecture is about a combination of design elements working together to create a structure, and that is how we work as a practice.

With more than a decade experience in UK building industry, Bal has built her expertise in residential and retail sectors. Her strengths include the in depth knowledge of UK planning laws and as the founder of the company her approach is to provide a one stop solution to the clients tailored to their needs, balancing all three aspects of building projects, from strategic planning to creative architectural and construction solutions.

Diego Guadalupi
Diego has a wide range of experience and his portfolio include commissioning and delivery of projects of all streams from small to big in Europe and England. Originally from Italy, he has a combined working experience in the building industry of over 2 decades and his strengths include attention to detail to ensure the running of projects in line with briefs.

Ekta Verma
Ekta gained her Bachelors of Architecture degree from Krukshetra University India. She has managed variety of projects working closely with her peer colleagues and Director of the company. She has over 3 years of experience in the industry but aspire to become an expert in the field. She is very friendly and open to ideas and work efficiently with colleagues to ensure timely deliverables. Her love for Cricket is surmounting some time we fear that she invest too much of her hard earn money in playing bookies :)!

Inderjot Kaur
Inderjot gained her Diploma in Architecture from Chandigarh India. She has recently tied her knot and away from business loving her newly married life! Inderjot worked on variety of projects – hotel, offices, residentials etc, working closely with her peer colleagues. She has over 5 years of experience in the industry. She is very friendly and work efficiently with colleagues to ensure timely deliverables. Her passion to Volley Ball can be seen in the form energy she put in her deliverables :)!
